These terms govern the Boujee Unicorns website and PinBack service provided by Boujee Unicorns, LLC (“we,” “us”). They explain your responsibilities and ours when you use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; these terms are not consent to optional AI processing.
Using PinBack
PinBack helps you save context, organize next steps and return to unfinished items. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian’s permission where required. Protect access to the email account you use to sign in and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content remains yours
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You give us permission to host, copy, transmit and process it only as needed to operate the features you use, including synchronization, requested email delivery and optional AI suggestions. This does not grant us permission to sell your content or use it in advertising.
Only submit content you have the right to use and share with the relevant service providers. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not use PinBack to break the law, distribute malicious code, send spam, access another person’s account or interfere with the service. Security research permitted by law is not prohibited by these terms.
Suggestions, reminders and third-party apps
Review AI-generated suggestions, especially dates, priorities and summaries. They can be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional advice. Notifications, email delivery, synchronization and links depend on connectivity, device settings and third-party services. Keep a separate record of essential deadlines and original material. PinBack is not an emergency or safety-critical service.
What a source app lets you share or reopen is controlled by that app. References to third-party products do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
App licenses and purchases
If you obtain PinBack through Apple’s App Store, the applicable app license is Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom license is supplied with the app. These website and service terms do not replace that license or Apple’s applicable purchase terms.
This website does not process purchases. Any paid offering must disclose its price and billing terms before you purchase it. If you have a store-billed subscription, manage cancellation through that store; deleting the app or your account does not by itself cancel store billing. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain intact.
Availability and changes
Features may change as PinBack develops, and beta features may be incomplete or interrupted. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will explain significant restrictions and provide an opportunity to resolve them. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export data where feasible.
Leaving PinBack
You can stop using the service at any time. Export your information through Your Data, and initiate account deletion using the in-app deletion steps. Retention and provider-copy limitations are described in the Privacy Policy. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete the server account.
Our responsibility
We aim to provide a useful, reliable service. To the extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections, or overrides rights under an applicable app license.
Questions and changes to these terms
Contact support@boujeeunicorns.com about service questions or disputes. We will update the date and provide notice of material changes as appropriate. Where an agreement or consent is required, we will obtain it. No arbitration requirement or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed by these terms.
