PinBack gives you an in-app way to export stored account information, and separate controls for your pins, AI suggestions and account.
Get a copy of your data
- Open PinBack and sign in. Let pending changes sync so the export reflects your latest server-stored information.
- Go to Settings → Privacy & data → Get a copy of my data.
- Wait for the export to load.
- Choose Copy to clipboard or Share… to save the JSON text using a destination you choose.
JSON is a structured text format. Store the export somewhere private because it can contain your email address and pin contents. The app shares text; it does not automatically produce a ZIP archive or include photo files.
What is included
- Your PinBack account record and settings.
- Server-stored pins, including deleted pins still retained before cleanup.
- Your allowed-sender list and associated email-capture records.
- The export timestamp.
What is not included
The self-service export does not include unsynced changes, local image files, provider logs or identity-provider records, support correspondence, backups or daily-summary delivery history. If you need additional personal information beyond the self-service export, email privacy@boujeeunicorns.com. We may verify your identity before responding.
Other controls
- Correct or remove a pin: open the pin and use its editing or deletion controls.
- AI suggestions: turn them off in Settings. After the change saves, new suggestion requests stop; already transmitted information is not recalled.
- Daily summaries: turn them off or change the recipient and schedule in Settings.
- Reminders: change the app’s reminder settings and your device’s notification permissions.
- Delete your account: follow the in-app deletion instructions.
